June Show & Clinic

It’s official!?? Our second clinic and show of the 2015 season are set for June 13 & 14 at Clearview Horse Farm in Shelbyville, Tennessee.?? ASHA Open Champion Amanda Johnson Walker will conduct the Saturday clinic.?? The show will begin at 9:00 AM on Sunday.?? We will be offering a reduced rate for all youth classes!

MTSU Hosts April Show and Clinic

Stephen Freeman Photo by Saralyn FullbrightOn Friday, April 17, the MTSU Stock Horse team will host the first ASHA-sanctioned clinic of the year at the MTSU Livestock Center.

Clinician Stephen Freeman trains and shows performance and versatile stock horses, and has been riding horses for the public for nearly fifteen years. He has served as an ASHA clinician and certified judge, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Stock Horse Association. Stephen has won multiple all-around championships including Regional All-Around wins in 2011 and 2014. Stephen and his wife Kristen show in ASHA, NRCHA, AQHA, and NRHA competitions. They, along with son Jacob, own and operate Old South Performance Horses in beautiful Auburn, Alabama.

MTSU CervThe weekend will continue on Saturday, April 18 with an ASHA-sanctioned show.?? Youth, Green Horse, Novice, Limited Non Pro, Non Pro, and Open divisions will count toward ASHA points.?? Intro and Green Rider divisions will not.

Tennessee Stock Horse invites everyone to stay over Sunday, April 19 to participate in the MTSU CERV Spring Spectacular, which will benefit the Center for Equine Recovery for Veterans (CERV).?? Last year’s CERV show was a great success and a lot of fun!?? We will include a show bill when one is available.

Please note that the Tennessee Stock Horse Shows are no longer being managed by Peak Equine Productions.?? All 2015 shows will be managed by the Tennessee Stock Horse board.?? For more information on shows and clinics, please contact Holly Spooner.
